Political Action Fund
The CWA Political Action Fund (PAF) is a non-partisan political action committee that fights for workers’ political power by contributing to policies, campaigns, and candidates that defend workers’ rights. Voluntary monthly contributions to the fund strengthen our union’s independent political power at the local, state, and national levels of government. We encourage our members to pay anywhere between $5 to $20+ a month to strengthen the political arm of our union. By filling out and submitting this form your contribution will be added to your monthly dues.
Premium Pay Campaign and American Rescue Plan
Healthcare employees at Denver Health and UCHealth have worked for 16 months without hazard pay, hero pay, or essential pay. From the first day of the COVID-19 pandemic, frontline workers have risked their health and safety to continue to take care of patients. The time is now to properly thank and compensate the healthcare heroes.

Call on CU to Commit to Fair Budget Priorities
Colorado has some of the lowest state funding for higher education in the United States. This has led the University of Colorado (CU) to act more as a business, privatizing public education to the detriment of workers and students. There are other, better choices that CU leadership can make; choices that prioritize good jobs and affordable education that are equitable and accessible to all Colorado communities.
